Impression Labs

These terms apply when you access or use impressionlabs.co and its pages. By using the website, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Separate agreements may apply to services, collaborations, or products. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these website terms, that agreement takes precedence for its subject matter.

The website introduces Impression Labs and provides general information. Its content is not a binding offer, professional advice, guarantee, or promise that a product or project will be released.

Sending us an email does not by itself create a contract, partnership, fiduciary relationship, or obligation to accept a proposal. A binding engagement requires an express agreement by authorised parties.

You may view and link to the publicly available website for lawful purposes. You must not:

• attempt to bypass security or gain unauthorised access;
• introduce malicious code or interfere with the website's operation;
• use automated requests in a way that unreasonably burdens the service; or
• use the website or its content in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Unless stated otherwise, the website's design, code, text, graphics, brand elements, and other original content belong to Impression Labs or are used with permission. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Access to the website does not transfer intellectual-property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit protected content without prior permission, except where the law expressly allows it.

We aim to keep the website useful and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may change, suspend, or remove content or functionality where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons.

Information may become outdated. We may correct or update it without notice.

If the website links to a third-party site, that site is operated independently and under its own terms and privacy rules. A link does not by itself mean that we control or endorse the third party. We are not responsible for third-party content unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. We remain liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence; injury to life, body, or health; liability under the German Product Liability Act; and guarantees expressly assumed.

For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation whose fulfilment makes proper performance possible and on which a user may regularly rely. In that case, liability is limited to the damage that was foreseeable and typical when the obligation arose, to the extent permitted by law.

Subject to the preceding paragraphs, further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

German law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections provided by the law of your habitual residence.

The courts at our registered office have jurisdiction only where such an agreement is legally permitted. Mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction remain unaffected.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our operations, or the law. The version in force when you use the website applies to that visit. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date on this page.

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Statutory rules take the place of the affected provision where required.
